The contract will include different types of assignments in the role of consulting engineer services connected with electrical (Consulting Electrical Engineer), in Bærum Municipality's Property projects. The contract will include different types of assignments in the role of consulting engineer services connected with electrical (Consulting Electrical Engineer), in Bærum Municipality's Property projects. Typical services will be: — analysis/feasibility studies/condition assessments/mapping of the existing buildings, — third party inspection of materials prepared by others, — secure job analysis (SJA), — risk assessments, — programming/engineering design, including FEBDOK calculation (or equivalent Febdok) of the entire facility, — draft project/preliminary project, — cost calculations, — detailed project/tender description/requirement specification in different contract forms, — backup power solutions, — engineering design in accordance with the Building Components Table NS3451 chapter 4 electric power, 5 tele and automation, 6 lifts ad 7 outdoors for associated installations, — light design, — DAK drawings (2D and 3D), — inspection of work carried out on the construction site (including adjustment, cf. FEBDOK/test protocols, or equivalent FEBDOK, — inspection of MOM documentation (scope and content), — final inspection, — declaration of conformity, — updating and inspection of as built documentation, — Ecom documentation, — security, access control, burglary alarm, fire alarm, emergency and guiding lights.
