CWC21003 - Fordhouse Industrial Estate Roof Replacement Works of 49 Industrial Units

<p>Wolverhampton City Council (the Council) are seeking to procure a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the replacement of existing roof structure for 49 industrial units which includes strip -off asbestos contained roof sheets. The works includes the provision of; &bull; Removal and cart away of roof sheeting &bull; Removal and cart away of gullys &bull; New insulated roof sheeting system &bull; New boxed gully system The works packages will be phased, and units will be vacated during the period of works. The proposed terms and conditions for this project are the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016. It is assumed that any Contractor returning a tender for this requirement will have a copy and is familiar with these terms and conditions and will have previous experience of executing contracts on this basis. The roof works are forecast to continue for a period of 7 months. The Contract allows for a 12 month Defects Liability Period.</p> Keywords: Fordhouse, Roof-Replacement, Works
