The council is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably competent contractor for the supply the recycling reusable bags described below, Reusable Pink Bag – Flats Bag. ITEM NO. 1 - Reusable Pink Bag – Flats Bag The reusable pink bag – Flats Bag shall be :-  140gsm pink woven polypropylene uncoated fabric (or similar)  30cm width x 30cm depth x 40cm height  36 litre capacity  2 Top Handles – 20cm free height 3cm wide  Printed 1 colour Pink, 2 sides  Compliant with all relevant British Standards ITEM NO. 2 - Reusable Pink Bag - Mini RPB Reusable Pink Bag – Mini RPB  140gsm pink woven polypropylene uncoated fabric (or similar) with 3% UV additive  35cm width x 35cm depth x 45cm height  2 Heavy Duty Top Handles – 20cm free height 3cm wide  1No 3cm wide 45cm long Heavy Duty Base Handle located in the middle of the base of the receptacle.  Designed to be sealed to prevent the spillage of its contents and prevent the ingress of rain.  Velcro Strips width 150mm by 50 mm  1 horizontal strip on centre of edge of lid  2 vertical strips outer edge 75 mm from edge of bag  Fitted with a 500g non malodorous weighted base inserted into bottom of the bag and covered with polypropylene.  Printed 1 colour, 2 sides  Compliant with all relevant British Standards
