Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is looking to commission a qualitative piece of research that will engage with users (and non users) of our Children and Family Centres (CFC) services to understand users’ experiences and journeys. We want to build our understanding of user experience to enable us to expand on the good work happening so far as well as identify opportunities for improvement in terms of service delivery and service model design. The output of the work should centre around clearly and concisely communicating user journeys and key experiences across the full range of CFC services as well as any future service model characteristics.
