River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent contractor to undertake the Operation and Maintenance and Metering and Billing of the District Heating System located in the Broomhill Area of Greenock. The successful contractor will derive its revenue from the sale of heat from the District Heating System. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent contractor to undertake the Operation and Maintenance and Metering and Billing of the District Heating System located in the Broomhill Area of Greenock. The contractor will be required to undertake some initial upgrade works to the District Heating. Further detail of the requirement is contained within the additional documents attached to this notice. Following the initial upgrade works, the successful contractor will derive its revenue from the sale of heat from the District Heating System.
