Tender description

The Scottish Safety Camera Programme is progressing the introduction of average speed enforcement on a number of sections of Scotland’s road network. This Further Competition is being conducted under the CCS Traffic Management Technology 2 framework agreement (reference RM1089)and relates to the award of the Average Speed Enforcement Systems Contract to a sole Supplier. The Supplier shall be required to provide all things necessary, including but not limited to, the system and detail design, equipment supply, installation, integration, provision of civil engineering/construction and other services, project management and traffic management.
