Tender description

This is a single tender award for the single source supply for Amcor bottles to generate a supply of bottles to the MMIC GC#2 project for the next 12-24 months. A single tender action has been undertaken on the basis of regulation 32.3.b- The protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights. A future tender will undertaken circa June/July 2021 for the ongoing supply and this will not be single source as it will need to incorporate dual supply routes.
