The overall requirement of this contract is that children will be placed with families who have been assessed and approved to provide a secure, warm, safe and supportive environment in which they can develop in all aspects of their lives This also includes DN383876, DN438466 and DN504325 Lot 43911: White Rose - Independent Fostering and Supported Lodgings Framework Documents Lot 43912: Lot 1 - Standard Within this category of need, a standard placement will provide only the services outlined within their standard weekly fee. Lot 43913: Lot 2 - Standard with Additional Needs The additional requirements in accordance with the child’s individual assessed needs. Includes but is not limited to: • Enhanced behaviour management support, such as providing a support worker to provide the foster carers a break. • Complex contact needs. • Complex educational needs. • Support in relation to attachment issues. • Support in relation to substance misuse issues. • Support when the child is excluded from school. • Therapeutic input. • Support for specifically tailored educational Lot 43914: Lot 3 - Intensive Support As at Additional Support Placement, with further additional requirements in accordance with the child’s individual assessed needs. Includes but is not limited to: • Support in relation to complex medical needs including high level of medical appointments. • Support in relation to highly challenging behaviour. • Support to children with profound disabilities. • Support to children with profound mental health difficulties. Requests for service for a Child requiring Lot 3 intensive support will hav Lot 43915: Lot 4 - Specialist Placement - Parent and Child Fostering As at standard placement, with additional requirements in accordance with child’s individual assessed needs. Lot 43916: Lot 5 - Specialist Placement - Parent and Child Assessment As a parent and child fostering placement, with additional requirements in accordance with looked after child’s individual assessed needs. If CCTV is required, then this is included in the weekly price. The assessment will be in the format agreed by the purchaser and be of sufficient quality, so as to be used in court if necessary for care proceedings. Lot 43917: Lot 6 - Supported Lodgings Within this category of need, the supported lodgings placement will provide the services outlined within their weekly fee at the price indicated in the pricing schedule. The provider agrees to provide the following services within their weekly fee for a supported lodgings placement: Supported lodgings describes a situation where a young person lives in the home of a supported lodgings provider under a licence agreement.
