Proposed Provider and Public Engagement Regarding Design Principles for Possible ReProcurement of Current External Day Opportunities Contract for People with Learning and Physical Disabilities

Kent County Council are planning to hold engagement events with interested providers and the public regarding the design principles for a possible new contract for what is currently called the external day opportunities contract for people with learning and physical disabilities. It is planned to hold these events in late January. The Prior information notice (PIN) is however, issued solely for the purpose of notifying the market of the intention to engage on these principles. Interested parties will not be prejudiced or advantaged by any response or lack thereof to the PIN and a response to this PIN does not guarantee any invitation to participate in any future procurement. This PIN does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services for the Council.
