Tender description

The Welsh Government has awarded a contract to build two new buildings with one for a warehouse of 3327m2 and another for a high specification production unit of 2212m2 as well as incorporating office and welfare facilities to provide a total gross floor area of 5539m2, together with external works comprising mainly car parks, paths and landscaping at Invertek Drives Ltd, Offa's Dyke Business Park, Welshpool, Powys SY21 8JF.
