Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement in two lots, for the provision of event management services for events which may take place in the public domain within the Dublin City Council administrative area including Dublin City Council managed parks. The period of this framework agreement is 4 years. The total maximum combined value of both lots is 4 million euro. Contracts under this Framework will be awarded on the basis of mini-competitions which will be notified to all members of the framework. Lot 1: Outdoor events in the Dublin City Council administrative area with an estimated attendance of 5,000 persons or more at any one time. Lot 2: Outdoor events in the Dublin City Council administrative area with an estimated attendance of under 5,000 persons. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Outdoor events with 5,000 or more in attendance.
