Ice Cream Pitch(es) for Bedford River Festival 2022

Tender description

This Agreement is made between Bedford Borough Council (“the Licensor”) and Mr & Mrs Whippy Ltd FKA Piccadilly Whippy (“the Licensee”). The Council invited tenders for provision of Ice Cream as defined in this Agreement for the Licence Period also defined. The appointed Licensee shall have the right to provide the associated Ice Cream provision only (not sweets or slush) as per the tender schedule during the 2022 River Festival in accordance with the following terms and conditions as listed below. The Licensor gives the Licensee the following rights (in common with the Licensor and all others authorised by the Licensor so far as is not consistent with the rights given) to use for the “Licence Period” of Saturday 23rd July and Sunday 24th July 2022 only for the Bedford River Festival. This contract does not give or infer any exclusive selling /pitch rights at the Bedford River Festival 2022.
