Welsh Government have procured design and employer’s agent services for its A487: New Dyfi Bridge. WM are currently appointing a team of advisors to provide Employer’s Agent services to manage the project in support of Welsh Government at Key Stage 6 only. Lot 1: Employer’s Agent Services WM have appointed an Employer’s Agent to provide the following services for Key Stage 6 (Detailed Design and Construction) only. - Project management - Contract management including fulfilling NEC PM/Supervisor roles - Cost management - Technical assurance. The Employer’s Agent will act in an assurance role on the Design and Build Contractor for Key Stage 6 on behalf of Welsh Government.
