Wheatley Housing Group required a software solution to proactively communicate and feedback capture information from our customers. This information can be used to present key insights and trends, based on our performance. Wheatley Group would like a Voice of the Customer program that will help them with the following: -All survey/feedback data in one place so that analysis across the board is easy and accessible, both group wide and in each business unit. -Integration with other software services. -To cover the full rental journey. -Actionable data/insights generated throughout the journey. -Ability to close the loop on mass. -Have real time access to feedback. -Reduce issues residents/customers have becoming formal complaints. -Monitor new services. -Measurement of the performance according to the Wheatley Group performance framework. -Turn negative experiences into positive ones. -To be able to link feedback to specific transactions
