<p>Trafford Council and Trafford CCG would like to commission a service to support unpaid and informal carers in Trafford. The contract is jointly commissioned by Trafford Council and Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group ( please note: Trafford CCG will no longer exist and will be superseded by Trafford Integrated Care Board as of 1st April 2022). The service provider will be responsible for delivering some statutory duties towards carers, namely the provision of formal Carers Assessments, on behalf of the Council, alongside informal support for local carers.
