Project Portfolio Impact Evaluation Support

<p>Through this Invitation to Tender (ITT), Connected Places Catapult is seeking independent support to evaluate a key programme of activities delivered on behalf of a strategic public sector partner. Through this evaluation, Connected Places Catapult is looking to evidence the additionality it has made through its activities in this area. This ITT refers explicitly to the supply of an Impact Evaluation of a significant project portfolio (the Portfolio). The Evaluation should review the work that Connected Places Catapult has delivered, answering the key evaluation questions listed below: &bull; To what extent has the Portfolio helped UK businesses to grow; &bull; To what extent has the Portfolio contributed to addressing market failures in mobility through the encouragement and support of innovative technologies; &bull; How has the Portfolio performed in contributing towards anticipated Outputs and Outcomes; and &bull; How effective has the Portfolio been at influencing policy and investment decisions. Connected Places Catapult will work with the successful Tenderer to refine the key evaluation questions to be taken forward but would expect the above to be addressed as a minimum. The Portfolio to be evaluated spans from April 2019 to date and includes circa 30 projects of varying size and scale.</p> Keywords: Evaluation Support
