Tender description

Carlow County Council and Carlow Community Enterprise Centers CLG seek to engage Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to provide Consultancy Services in 2 Parts, namely: Part 1 - Provide early stage Project Management, Feasibility Consultancy, Cost Advice and Procurement Services to facilitate the development of a Business Case. Develop Brief and procure the necessary Design Team Consultants to deliver the project. Part 2 - Provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Public Procurement Consultancy Services during the Project Implementation Stage to handover.
