Tender description

North Northamptonshire Council is currently exploring the possibility of using an existing patch of land which is adjacent to Kettering Tennis Club, Northamptonshire. This patch of land will be approximately 20x10 metres and is being considered for use of Racket Sports only, no other uses will be considered. The Council would like to hear from potential providers that may be interested in using this land in a concessions contract, whereby the potential provider would pay for all outlay costs, such as, but not limited to - installation of a suitable court, CCTV/Access control, Maintenance etc. Please contact the Council using the email address provided below.
