Wheatley Housing Group required a real time work scheduling software system for its environmental (NETs) Teams to automate and digitise its workflows. The mobile working software system required the following functionality: -Mobile App- provides information and task details in the form of a workflow to users as they perform their tasks. - Access the software platform on a wide range of Smartphones, Tablets, PCs and Wearable devices. - Back Office integration with other software systems to provide an end to end workforce management solution - Location, travel and task progression – can provide real-time communication, and location information to keep stakeholders informed, including providing travel eta alerts via text or email. - Reporting and dashboards – enabling reporting, dashboards and business insights tools.
