<p>Durham County Council is seeking a single provider to deliver both Lots as detailed below: Lot 1 – County Durham Brokerage Service (Hospital to Residential/Nursing Care) Lot 2 - County Durham Trusted Assessor Service</p> <p>The Council is seeking a single provider to deliver these two separate services as they have close linkages.
