Tender description
This is a 5-6 month in-depth training course geared towards founders or middle/senior managers of micro to small sized companies. It will consist of workshops to achieve the programme objectives and mentoring to facilitate the participant in applying the learning from the development workshops to aid in the growth of their business. This programme will target SMEs with ambition to grow and develop their management skills.
