INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR EVENTS IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement in two lots, for the provision of event management services for events which may take place in the public domain within the Dublin City Council administrative area including Dublin City Council managed parks. The period of this framework agreement is 4 years. The total maximum combined value of both lots is 4 million euro. Contracts under this Framework will be awarded on the basis of mini-competitions which will be notified to all members of the framework. Lot 1: Outdoor events with an estimated attendance of 5,000 persons or more at any one time. The value of Lot 1 is estimated to be in the region of 2 million euro. A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) operators will be admitted to the framework for lot 1. Lot 2: Outdoor events with an estimated attendance of under 5,000 persons. The value of lot two is estimated to be in the region of 2 million euro. A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) operators will be admitted to the framework for lot 2. Provision of event management services to Dublin City Council for outdoor events (in the Dublin City Council administrative area), with an estimated attendance of 5,000 persons or more at any one time. (An outdoor events licence may or may not be required depending on the nature of the event). The value of Lot 1 is estimated to be in the region of 2 million euro. A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) operators will be admitted to the framework for lot 1. Lot 212890: Lot 2 - Outdoor events with less than 5,000 in attendance Provision of event management services to Dublin City Council for outdoor events (in the Dublin City Council administrative area), with an estimated attendance of less than 5,000 persons. An outdoor events licence may or may not be required depending on the nature of the event. The value of Lot 1 is estimated to be in the region of 2 million euro. A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) operators will be admitted to the framework for lot 1.
