Tender description

We would like to invite providers to submit a tender for the above framework, The framework had 2 lots: Lot 1 - Provision of Home/Domiciliary care for children and adults with disabilities. List below is the types of activities that may be requested as part of an individual care package: Home Care/Domiciliary Care Lot 1a - Adults Personal Care General household chores Shopping Meal preparation Assistance to attend appointments Assistance to go shopping Assistance to access community activities Support to visit friends and family Assistance with household chores Assistance with meal preparation Assistance with gardening Lot 1b - Children Personal Care Support with activities in the home Support to access the community Support to access group activities Lot 2 - Provision of day care services for adults with disabilities. The pandemic evidenced that we needed to explore alternative models of day services for our residents, and we are therefore looking for a broader range of services that could be offered. Day Care Services Lot 2 - Adults Building based day provision Community based services Faith groups Volunteering opportunities Out-reach Services Children - N/A Both lists are not exhaustive and requests for support may vary based on the needs and choices of the individual. We are looking for innovative solutions to enable residents with disabilities to be part of the local community and being supported to access services with the required support.
