Tender description

The owner of 54 Church Street, Stoke wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake historic restoration works to the external elevation of the building and internal work to convert the upper floors into accommodation. Work will include replacement of windows and historic shop front, stone/masonry repairs, roof repairs, and replacement of rainwater goods. Internal work will include conversion of upper floors into residential accommodation. Work will be part funded by the Stoke HSHAZ project (Historic England/Stoke-on-Trent City Council).
