Tender description

This is a specialist service to provide care and support for the Mental Health Younger Adults Extra Care Service for working age adults who experience severe and enduring Mental Health challenges in Fareham. It has been confirmed that there is a continuing need for the service to support tenants with fairly complex enduring mental health issues in 13 self-contained flats and ensure that people whose care and support needs to be met, for the benefits of longer term improvements to the quality of their lives, and preventing the need for longer term, higher cost services. Additional information: A direct award via the services and accommodation were undertaken under the Care and Support Stream (In-tend reference AS16351 S&C) of the Hampshire Accommodation Development and Support Options Model (HADSOM) Framework, following no bids for a call off published via In-Tend from 10th May 2021 to 23rd June 2021.
