Wessex/South East and Midlands regions would like to develop and refine the necessary training materials on which to base human factors teaching around the Enhancing Generalist Skills programme, using the expertise of the full multi-professional team. Lot 1: The development of a core educational offer which will provide longitudinal learning across the system, aligned to key generalist skill needs. This will be delivered via a flexible learning programme, which will be developed in collaboration with the national team and subject matter experts, stakeholder groups and regional trailblazers. One core component of the educational offer is Human factors.
