<p>Aspire Housing are seeking a solution to support an innovative approach to digital workplace management. The platform will need to cover desk, room, visitor management and digital signage, all under one platform.</p> <p>The platform will need to cover desk, room, visitor management and digital signage, all under one platform.</p> <p>The platform needs to be:</p> <ul> <li>A cloud hosted software platform</li> <li>Integration with Exchange, Outlook, Office 365, Google, Single Sign on (SSO), Active Directory and various FMIS-systems</li> <li>Bookings can be made through Outlook, a web portal or an optional mobile App</li> <li>Real-time data and analytics with a range of reports</li> <li>Open API for custom integration</li> <li>Integration with Evoko liso meeting rooms screens.</li> </ul> <p>The price should be broken down into prices for the following items:</p> <ul> <li>Visitor Management screen/Kiosk and software - with the ability for visitors to sign into reception using a QR code. We would ideally like some branding on this display.</li> <li>Desk software</li> </ul> <ol> <li>The ability for staff to tap onto a desk to book the desk out. This would need to configure with our Mifare ID cards.</li> <li>Desk sensors &ndash; the ability to see if desks are in use by having sensors under each desk</li> <li>Monitor lights &ndash; which light up when the desk is available, booked etc.</li> <li>The ability to find staff using an interactive screen if they are booked on a desk.</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Training &ndash; cost of training for the above.</li> <li>Installation costs</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Evoko Liso, Desk Booking Software, Software
