Tender description

A ‘Discovery’ exercise, culminating in a Project Initiation Document detailing: a) A project plan to deliver fit for purpose: Business processes; Operational, Statutory and Data Quality reports; Training Programme; Handover, upskilling (if necessary); and succession’ planning for the business as usual support team. b) An estimate of effort and cost, to implement requirements by way of input, prerequisites and subject matter expertise. c) An approach and methodology to support sustainability of the support team, ensuring any reconfiguration is practice led yet at the same time working with the confines of the product. d) A list of risks and issues, with recommendations for resolution, if appropriate.
