<p>The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to enter into a Contract for the delivery of its Conservatories at Woodlea Square Bungalows &ndash;- Programmed Works 2022 (the Works) to assist with the delivery of the Authority&rsquo;s capital investment plan. The contract duration is for a term of 7 months.which is anticipated to commence May 2021. The Authority will be acting as Principal Contractor and the successful bidder will be acting as a Sub-Contractor and will be rereferred to as the &lsquo;Contractor&rsquo;, unless otherwise specified. Subject to the Authority's requirements and the award procedure, the delivery of the Works shall be under the NEC Construction Short Contract (the NEC), collectively (the Contracts.
