North Lanarkshire Council (the “Council”) propose to establish a Framework for third-party Contractors than can support the Council with delivery of Club 365 services . The approach to establish these Contracts will be in accordance with Regulation 74 (Social and Other Specific Services). Lot 1: Activity Provision and Management with Venue This procurement for Lot 1 sets out to establish a Framework Agreement with third-party Contractors who can support Club 365 Services on behalf of the Council with Activity Provision and Management with Venue. . A detailed specification is contained within the main invitation to tender (“ITT”) document which is accessible (and downloadable) from the Buyer Attachment area within the PCS-Tender system. . Service delivery must be carried out in accordance with the information provided within this Contract Notice, the tender pack comprising the ITT and associated documents which are located in PCS-Tender. . Maximum framework duration of 4 years. . Annual Budget for Club 365 (lot 1 and 2 combined) is up to 400,000 GBP Additional information: PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE EXCLUSION GROUNDS: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
