Tender description
Somerset is seeking a strategic partner to deliver homes for our most complex children and young people (children’s homes, high needs fostering and therapeutic education). This new innovative service will be co-designed with the strategic partner to meet the needs of these children and young people. Lot 1: The key features of the new service will work in a way that is human, prioritises learning and takes a system approach. We are keen to develop a 'learning together' culture which will view learning as a feedback loop which drives adaptation and improvement.
