Tender description
Works to the balconies at the Scene to remove the timber decking and replace with a BS135 fire approved material aluminium decking. Works to be carried out in conjunction with the cladding remediation works The award of the contract is necessary to ensure the building is in compliance with government fire regulations. This will enable the issuance of an updated EWS1 form containing remedial works.
