Tender description
To provide civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering services to support the development of masterplan and concept proposals for a mixed-use town centre development incorporating a community hub. Specifically, the Council requires: • A review of existing ground and site investigations • Provision of preliminary recommendations to inform development of initial site options • Scoping and provision of supplementary GI/SI where required including reporting • Development of outline remediation strategy • Development of costed groundwork and platform proposals The consultant will work in collaboration with the Council and a masterplanning design team.
