1 x Resourcing & Assets Officer. Main Duties include: - Develop effective working relationships with managers and leaders across the programme to manage the end to end process of attracting and recruiting staff against annual projections. - Respond to a wide range of requests on a daily basis - driving consistency and quality for resource and asset management across the Programme e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, equipment and induction - Lead on key resourcing campaigns, ensuring HR policy is followed, liaising with SG resourcing colleagues, line managers and Capita, organising interviews, providing advice and guidance to sift panels and completing on-boarding processes. - Manage workload of resourcing support officers, providing support and guidance in their role. - Aid in continuous improvement within the team and across the programme in order to standardise and simplify HR resourcing & recruitment processes as well as ensuring all internal tracker, tools and associated documents and guidance are maintained and kept up to date.
