Tender description
The initial participating member authorities (Barnsley, York, East Riding, Hull, North East Lincs, North Lincs, Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Calderdale, Kirklees, Doncaster, Sheffield and Rotherham) currently adopt a wide range of purchasing activities in order to secure sufficient residential care and to meet local demand for children looked after (CLA). This project will procure regional residential care arrangements for CLA’s where these arrangements are provided by external providers. It is anticipated that the project will develop a framework of providers to ensure capacity to manage fluctuations in demand and capacity across the participating member authorities.
