Tender description
The provision of footfall statistics is required by the Welcome Back Fund to evidence how interventions have affected footfall. These statistics will also provide valuable informaiton to inform how the borough's town centres footfall has changed over the pandemic period and help inform our strategies for recovery. As the funding is from the Welcome Back Fund this contract will be paid for by external grant funding
