Voluntary and Community Sector Core Infrastructure Support Services

Tender description

Westminster City Council (the "Authority") will be recommissioning the Voluntary and Community Sector Core Infrastructure Support Services (i) and Volunteer Outreach and Development (VOD) Services (ii) to commence from July 2022. Previous expressions of interest were asked from the market during August 2021. This Prior Information Notice is to alert the market to the fact the Invitation to Tender is likely to be published in January 2022 inviting tender responses for this open procurement procedure. In August 2021 the council published a Prior Information Notice which can be accessed via PIN Notice Number: 2021/S 000-017572 https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/017572-2021. A Contract Finders early engagement notice was also published in August 2021 which can be accessed via Contracts Finder External ID 55843d5c-75c9-4369-9286-5c31187600df Lot 2: This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) issued by Westminster City Council (WCC) who is a public local authority and a Contracting Authority for the purposed of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The PIN has been issued for operators to be aware of WCC’s planned intention to procure the provision of a provider to deliver (i) a local Core Infrastructure Support Service and (ii) a Volunteer Outreach and Development (VOD) Services (“the Services”). The Contracting Authority will be recommissioning the Services for Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations to commence from July 2022. The proposed contract period for both will be for a term of three (3) years with the option for the Contracting Authority to extend for a further two (2) years for a contract period of up to five (5) years. The estimated contract value for service is estimated to be £360,000 per annum across both service Lots. It is the intention of WCC to publish the Invitation to Tender in January 2022, for contract commencement July 2022.
