Tender description

The survey / site location is in Cork City.The western end of the site comprises the road junction of Centre Park Road, The Marina and access to carparking. The eastern end extends to Blackrock Harbour. The northern boundary is within the tidal Lee Estuary (site includes the foreshore). To the south, the site is bounded by private property boundaries, Marina Park and road interfaces. The site includes the historical navigation wall and adjacent foreshore. This is an urban area in Cork City and includes trafficked public roads within the boundary as described above.
