North Ayrshire Council require to appoint a third-party supplier to provide a professional property management service to manage its Commercial Property Portfolio. North Ayrshire Council’s commercial portfolio is diverse and is spread across North Ayrshire. Lot 1: North Ayrshire Council require to appoint a third-party supplier to provide a professional property management service to manage its Commercial Property Portfolio which is spread across the Council area. It is anticipated that this service will run for an initial 3-year period with options to extend for up to 24 months at the discretion of the Council and subject to suppliers performance and budget available.
