TEN/401 - CONTRACTOR PQQ’S FOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME ALLOA STREET, BELFAST

Tender description

The Contract is for the construction of 12 new social housing dwellings together with associated site development and engineering works. All the units built under this contract must have ‘Secured By Design’ and ‘Lifetime Homes’ accreditation. 3no. 3-Person/2-Bedroom 2-storey terraced houses, 7no. 5-person/3-bedroom 3-storey terraced houses, 1no. 3-person/2-bedroom semi-detached complex needs bungalow, 1no. 5-person/3-bedroom semi-detached complex needs bungalow. It is anticipated that a new road with new parking spaces and a turning head will be constructed to run from Alloa Street parallel to Manor Street to give access to 10 of the 12 new dwellings. The remaining 2 dwellings may be accessed from Manor Street. The contract period will be approximately 18 months from date of award and is scheduled to start before the end of March 2022.
