Supply of External Director Service for CTRL Section 1 Finance plc

Tender description

On behalf of CTRL Section 1 Finance plc, the Department for Transport (DfT) invites proposals for the supply of an external director to CTRL Section 1 Finance plc. This contract will be subject to the Annex 1, Corporate Administration Agreement (enclosed with the tender invitation pack accessible via DfT's e-sourcing portal). The Company is seeking to appoint a supplier who is able to provide the services of an independent external director to the company for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further two years. The activities to be preformed by the appointed Director shall include: a) Review and approve the annual accounts of CTRL Section 1 Finance plc b) Attend the annual board meeting to sign the Company's accounts (typically in the third week of May) c) Participate in the Annual General Meeting of the Company (usually in July) and d) Ensure that the Company has all the relevant and current information required to complete the annual Companies House return ahead of the deadline. e) Provide an independent perspective and professional experience as a member of the company's Board To access to ITT pack and submit a bid, suppliers will be required to register to DfT's e-sourcing portal https://dft.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html Bid submission deadline = 14/01/2022 Additional information: Suppliers are requried to register to DfT's e-procuring portal to access the ITT pack and submit a bid.
