This engagement will cover the ongoing requirement for the provision of real time passenger information (RTPI) accuracy surveying services for the estimated arrival times versus real arrival times. Lot 1: This engagement will cover the ongoing requirement for the provision of real time passenger information (RTPI) accuracy surveying services for the estimated arrival times versus real arrival times. These Services will require a survey period to log and collate the instances of such inconsistencies. This is required so that stakeholders including Dublin City Council and Dublin Bus have a sufficient quantity of data to ensure confidence in the system. The Supplier will undertake surveys at transport nodes (bus stops, Luas stops, and train stations) within Ireland to measure the accuracy of various real time predictions channels (physical signs, web based, smartphone app based etc.) as requested by the Authority although the vast majority of surveys will be conducted at bus stops.
