Prior Information Only North Northamptonshire Council are procuring a Home Care Service pertaining to the long term care at home support for individuals residing in North Northamptonshire which includes the localities of: Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby and East Northants inclusive of all associated villages The Home Care Service to be procured will ensure the safety, physical and mental well-being of vulnerable individuals, working with a personalised approach in support of individuals outcomes relating to the maximisation of independence. The Service will work closely with the individual, families, all stakeholders including Health & Social Care as well as voluntary sector partners to ensure individuals are valued, connected and continue to feel part of their local community. The Home Care service to be procured will be progressive in its outlook and demonstrate innovation and quality of service.
