Pre-Tender Market Engagement for Online Pay Facility to integrate with SAP S/4HANA for HSE Finance Shared Services - Order to Cash

The Health Service Executive is conducting a pre-tender Market Sounding Exercise to gather information in advance of a formal procurement process to tender for a secure on-line pay facility, which must accept a variety of different pay methods to enable any HSE service users to pay invoices. The payment facility must be fully integrated with the SAP S/4HANA finance system, which is being implemented and rolled out as part of the HSE’s Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) project. Lot 1: The Health Service Executive is conducting a pre-tender Market Sounding Exercise to gather information in advance of a formal procurement process to tender for a secure on-line pay facility, which must accept a variety of different pay methods to enable any HSE service users to pay invoices. The payment facility must be fully integrated with the SAP S/4HANA finance system, which is being implemented and rolled out as part of the HSE’s Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) project The purpose of this market engagement is to gather information that will help inform the potential scope of that procurement. The supplier responses received will not be used for supplier selection or evaluation of any subsequent procurement process. Participation or non-participation in the market sounding will not convey an advantage or disadvantage on any service provider. Any Queries should be sent via the Messaging facility on the e-Tenders website only; queries submitted by email will not be addressed. The completed questionnaire should be submitted via the eTenders Message facility under the tender notice published on www.etenders.gov.ie, no later than 12.00 noon on Monday 10th January 2022.
