Dumfries & Galloway Council is seeking to procure a Postal Vote Management System solution including, but not limited to, software, equipment and skilled personnel to process postal vote returns. Dumfries and Galloway Council is looking to procure Postal Vote Management System, which will include, but will not be limited to: - processing, scanning and verification of all returned postal votes and postal vote statements; - provision of automated reporting and management information system; - skilled personnel, equipment and software to process postal vote returns.
