Outdoor Restaurant and Bar Operations at Bournemouth Beach for Summer 2022

<p>BCP Council is seeking bids from suppliers with a proven track record in the hospitality service area to create modern beach pop up restaurants bringing the beach alive, a place to meet, work, eat, drink, have fun, be inspired and ultimately enjoy the view. There are 3 lots available:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Lot 1 &ndash; Bournemouth Pier</li> <li>Lot 2 &ndash; East Cliff Beach</li> <li>Lot 3 &ndash; West Cliff Beach</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>These locations are available from 1^st April 2022 to 2^nd October 2022 (this includes the Bournemouth Air Festival which is planned for Thursday 1^st September 2021 to Sunday 4th September 2022).</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Council are looking for fresh and unique restaurant offerings to facilitate the additional tourist footfall expected for 2022. Each area must be high quality in their design which will fit in a thriving and contemporary town and a family style event.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Council are not looking for high volume fast output outlets but a quality look and experience to compliment an orderly and flourishing site.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To access the procurement documentation, bidders must click on the &lsquo;Register interest in this opportunity&rsquo; button in the top right.
