Mary Immaculate College use Microsoft Office 365 Retention Policies throughout its Office 365 environment. File recovery is complex, slow and cumbersome. In addition, Microsoft recommend to regularly backup information and data stored in Office 365. According to the Microsoft office shared responsibility model the responsibility for information and data is retained by the customer. As a consequence of the above Mary Immaculate College wishes to invite tenders for the provision of a Microsoft Office 365 SaaS (software as a service) Data Backup, Data Recovery and Data Protection Solution
