The aim of this commission is to explore the suggestions put forward from the desk top review and to elicit further insights from the fish supply chain stakeholder community through participatory action research (PAR) to find, co-create, and trial viable solutions with local stakeholders to improve a SES based on local needs and diverse stakeholders' perspectives on potential solutions. There may be working practices that are used and make significant improvements, not all solutions need to be tech based.
