INFORMATION EVENT for Plymouth Adult Education and 16-19 Year Old Education

Please note the revised date, this event will take place on: Wednesday 26th January 2022 10am to 12am Online via Microsoft Teams Plymouth City Council has a contract with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to provide education, training and skills provision to the population of Plymouth. Plymouth City Council are currently planning a competitive tender exercise to select sub-contractors to deliver Adult and Youth Education Services provision for the next few years. New contracts are expected to commence on 1st August 2022. In preparation for this we will be hosting an online information event to provide an opportunity for interested education providers to find out more. The event will comprise of two parts, the first will provide an overview of the future requirements of the Adult and 16-19 year old education in Plymouth. The second part will provide a run through of the tender process and what will be required at the different stages. Unfortunately due to the ongoing COVID19 situation and so that numbers are not limited by room size we have decided to run this as a virtual event. Nonetheless this will be an opportunity to meet the commissioners live online and to ask questions. Please note: this advert is for the information event only, attendance at this event is optional and does not form part of the formal tender process.
