Inclusion on a Framework Agreement for provision of legal services to FuturEnergy Ireland

Tender description

FuturEnergy Ireland (the “Contracting Entity”) are seeking to invite suitably qualified firms who are interested in participating in this competition for inclusion on a Framework Agreement regarding the provision legal services. The core scope of services required from the selected candidate(s) will include, but is not limited, to the items set out in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) attached to this notice. Please note that the services are categorised into four lots. Candidates may apply for one, more or all lots. Only firms who can demonstrate that they have the relevant resources and experience in activities cited in the PQQ (for the lots they are expressing an interest in) should apply. Lot 1: 1.
